Kako da prvi `div` bude preko drugog (absolute/css)?

U ovom gore kodu, kojeg sam napisao tu na forumu pa možda ima grešku, drugi div je "preko" prvog. Jeli kako moguće da prvi div bude preko drugog, a da ga u kodu ne postavljam iza drugog?

Nadam se da ste skontali šta želim Hmmm
